This beer is named in honour of Dubbo's 80's band 'The Reel's' and their song, 'Quasimodo's Dream' as it was voted No. 10 by the Australasian Performing Rights Association (APRA) in the Top 30 Australian Song's of all time.
Although it wasn't a hit on the charts due to it's cryptic lyrics and potential referencing of love lost by Quasimodo, we hope that on a better day this hunchback might have enjoyed a beer like this in the bell tower!
A double dry hopped 4.5% pale ale, this incredibly hazy & refreshing ale presents a creamy tropical papaya to the taste with a slightly bitter finish.
We thank Dave Mason, the songwriter and lead singer, for this beguiling piece of music and the inspiration for this beautiful beer.
