Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday to Wednesday.

This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it's not in refrigeration.

If you are collecting from the brewery, we will prompt you with an email to let us know when you will collect your beers so that we can have them ready for you. We would prefer you pick them up within 7 days.

Beer will not be delivered to an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a depot.

Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery.

All orders are shipped through AusPost or Fastway courier service. You are able to track your order via the tracking number you will receive from us and them.

Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 days, please let us know via email to commerce@devilshollow.com.au

Currently, we only ship Australia wide. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders.

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
